Annette DiToma

Annette DiToma is currently the Orchestra Assistant at Lexington Traditional Magnet School and the Strings Teacher at Julius Marks Elementary.  She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. She is now currently pursuing a Master’s of Music degree in Conducting at Eastern Kentucky University.  She has been a member of the American String Teachers Association for four years and has served as the EKU Chapter President and Membership Chair. Ms. DiToma has been playing the violin for 18 years and has been playing viola for four. 
As a violinist and violist, Ms. DiToma has performed with the EKU Symphony Orchestra, EKU String Orchestra, and Lexington Community Orchestra, all under the direction of Jeremy Mulholland. She has also performed with the KMEA Intercollegiate Orchestra and performed in two musicals: "Beauty and the Beast" and "Sweeney Todd". During two years of her undergraduate study, she was also a member of the EKU Steel Band Ensemble.
